Questions about an official Gordon County docket or case record belong with the clerk of the court that heard the matter. The primary Superior Court records counter is in Calhoun, Georgia, while Probate, Magistrate, Juvenile, and municipal courts keep separate files. This page identifies what the private site cannot do and where common record requests should be directed.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This privately run reference site cannot retrieve a docket, reset a hearing, seal a case, provide legal advice, or certify a copy. Contact the responsible clerk or court for those services.

  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
